During these 5 years we stand by our commitment to quality by offering original EKOM replacement parts for free, as long as the products have been installed, used, and maintained correctly according to EKOM user manual and using our mobile application EKOM APP.

Any extra services, including the service technician's working hours and travel time, as well as transportation and packaging expenses, are not included.
